· Processing and customization timelines vary depending on the selected unit and services

· Once your order is ready, it will be prepared for shipment promptly

Note: We ship only in the U.S. Delivery timelines vary by item type. Custom units may require longer production timelines (often 8–15 weeks, depending on the level of customization).

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

· USPS

Shipping options may include standard or expedited delivery based on your selection at checkout.

Signature Required Delivery

To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your unit:

· All orders require a signature upon delivery 

· This helps protect against loss, theft, or misdelivery

· It is the client’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the package

Tracking Your Order

· Tracking information will be provided through your client portal once your order has shipped

· Clients can monitor delivery status in real time

Delivery Responsibility

· Once the package has been marked as delivered and signed for, CrownFit Medical Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen items

· If a delivery issue occurs, clients should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance

Incorrect Shipping Information
