CrownFit Medical Wigs, operated under The Beauty Plug Distribution, provides cranial prosthesis (medical wigs), custom units, and related services. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

All services are provided in a professional, client-centered manner. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

 

2. No Medical Advice

CrownFit Medical Wigs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

· Recommendations are based on client preferences and product knowledge

· Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns

 

3. Orders & Payments

· A deposit or full payment is required to begin production

· Orders will not begin until payment is received

· Final payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed

 

4. Custom Orders

· Many units are custom or made-to-order

· Orders are based on client-provided specifications

· Once production begins, changes may not be possible

 

5. Production & Timelines

· Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

· Delays may occur due to customization, vendors, or external factors

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

· All orders require signature upon delivery 

· CrownFit is not responsible for carrier delays

· Once delivered and signed for, CrownFit is not liable for lost or stolen items

 

7. Insurance & Reimbursement

We may assist with:

· VA coverage

· Direct private insurance billing (when applicable)

· Insurance reimbursement documentation

Important:

· Coverage is not guaranteed

· Approval is determined by your insurance provider

· Clients are responsible for any unpaid balances

 

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

· Due to the hygienic and custom nature of products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated 

· Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

· Orders may only be canceled within the allowed window

· Once production begins, cancellations may not be permitted

 

9. Maintenance & Mail-In Services

· Maintenance services begin after intake and inspection

· Services are generally non-refundable once work begins

· Outside units may require a $25 inspection fee (credited if approved)

· Additional repairs or materials require approval before proceeding

 

Mail-In Process

1. Select your service (tier + add-ons)

2. Package unit in a protective bag inside a sturdy box

3. Include note: Name, Order #, texture, requested service

4. Ship with tracking recommended

Turnaround:

· 7–10 business days (Essential/Signature)

10. Client Responsibilities
